The holidays would not be the same without some form of dish with green beans. These beans are very high in vitamin A, C and K and are excellent sources of fiber and folic acid.
Ingredients
1 pk petite French beans
1 tsp olive oil
Dash Pink Himalayan Salt
2 cloves of garlic ( finely chopped )
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a stoneware dish and bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Check after 15 minutes and lightly turn with a wooden fork.
- Bake for the additional 15 minutes or until the garlic is roasted and slightly brown.
- Take out of the oven and serve as a side dish.
