Over the year, especially during the holiday season, grief can appear in ways and waves. That headache and those tense shoulders could be your body’s way of storing unresolved emotions and energy. We must remain vigilant about how these emotions manifest to be proactive in addressing or mitigating the effects of them spreading through the body. Finding a healthy way to release emotion is key to working through the waves and accessing healing.
Remember: Your body needs you to take care of it. It’s counting on you. And your purpose requires a healthy vessel to live out all it is meant to do.
