Ingredients
2 cups of cooked chickpeas ( soft and tender )
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
2 tbsp. vegan organic mayonnaise
1 tsp. turmeric seasoning
Dash of Black Pepper
Dash of Cardamom
1 crushed small garlic clove
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp Corriander
2 large pickles chopped in cubes
1/2 fresh lemon juice
optional: 1/4 cup of water ( use only if chickpeas are too dry and need a little moisture to blend smoothly)
Directions
- Place the cooked chickpeas into a vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove from the vitamix and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all the sesoning, lemon juice, mayonnaise and mix throroughly.
- Chill for about 1 hour to infuse the flavors before serving.
- Enjoy with your favorite fresh pretzels, crackers or use as a filling in sandwhiches.
