- 8 large ripe tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 fresh banana peppers
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped chives
- Add all the ingredients to your vitamix or blender on a low speed. Chop at a texture and size desired.
- Chill and allow to rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Add to your favorite recipe of with tortilla chips.
