- 1 tbsp. apple cider ( per cup of water)
- Add the apple cider to cold water in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the vegetables and allow to soak for 10 mins.
- Take the vegetables out of the water, wash thoroughly in cold fresh water then dry. Store away in the fridge to preserve the vegetables.
